Refund policy
Returns
Customers have 15 days to return shoes and apparel for a refund. If 15 days have passed since your delivery date, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange.
To receive a refund, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your response, please provide a digital receipt that we have sent to your inbox. Please contact our customer support at support@graphicgrievances.com and we will be happy to assist you.
All returns must be returned to our designated warehouse address Contact Customer for return address: support@graphicgrievances.com. Buyers bear the return shipping costs.
Please note that we do not accept socks and insole items for health reasons. Please choose carefully.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your product. We will also notify you if your item has been accepted or rejected. If the item is accepted, We will give you refund through PayPal / Credit Card.
If a customer orders an incorrect size/color/quantity, etc., we will not issue a refund. We will ship the exact item you selected at the time of purchase. If you need to change your order, please email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to change your order and no refunds will be issued.
Defective/broken package
If the product is defective/damaged during transportation, please send an email to: support@graphicgrievances.com, and we will provide corresponding compensation according to the situation. We will not be responsible for any defects/damages incurred in wearing out the packaging and wearing
Cancellation
Cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of purchase. Because our system is automated, orders are sometimes processed very quickly and shipped the same or next day if they are in stock.
Communication
We have a 15-day exchange service if the size doesn't fit. Contact our customer support at support@graphicgrievances.com to request an exchange. Provide us with the brand and size of shoes you normally wear so we can check their size. Please note that only one free exchange can be made per order.
Please follow the instructions below to make a return request.
1. Take a picture of the problem - if the problem is a sizing issue, use a ruler.
2. Send an email with the subject "Order # "YourOrderNumber" Replacement Request" to support email.
1. Please include the following.
- (Photo)
- A specific description of the problem
- Order number - if there are multiple products in the order, please identify the product in question
Our support team will respond within 1 business day and provide return instructions.
All orders are guaranteed to ship. If an order is not received due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement item will be ordered. The replacement item will be shipped to the original shipping address listed when the original order was placed.
Mobile Steps reserves the right to make any changes to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be posted on this page.
Notes:
1.Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2.Shipping Time does not include a 2-4 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
3.We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
4.If there is any shipping issue with your package,you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.
